Necessary documents we need from you

• Online application form
• Original passport with a validity 6 months longer than the required visa validity and a minimum of 2 opposite blank pages
• Recent passport photo 3,5 cm x 4,5 cm
• For multi entry visa with a validity of 2, 3 and 5 years we need your existing visas incl. customs stamps, to proof your visits
• Proof of your actual employment, also called “company support letter”
• Proof of your private health insurance*

Health insurance Information

Insurance policies must contain the following information:

1. Date of commencement of insurance
2. Policy number
3. First and last name of the policyholder
4. Insurance company details
5. An overview of the insured medical and ambulance services, including the transfer of the remains
6. The coverage may not be less than 30,000 EUR
7. Territorial validity area: MUST specify „Worldwide“ or „Russia“ is included in your insurance coverage
8. Signature of the policyholder.

Russia does not accept two valid visas.

If you are holding a valid Russian visa, you need to send us the original visa to be made invalid, or you have to wait with the new application until your current visa will be expired.

Crew & Business Visa for China for European, Swiss and United Kingdom nationals and/or residents

We offer:
Single / double entry visa, with an endurance of 30 or 90 days
Multi entry visa, with an endurance of 1 or 2 years
Depending on the country of application, the minimum service time will be 2 business days.

Biometrics

All applicants between the ages of 14 and 70 will need to go to the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in person to get their fingerprint scanned.

Business Visa for India

for European, Swiss and United Kingdom nationals and/or residents.

We offer:
Multiple entry business visa with an endurance of 1, 2, 3 or 5 years.
Depending on the country of application, the minimum service time will be 2 business days./p>

The business visa do not allowed to participate to conferences in India. In that case there are conference visas.

The visa is valid from the date of issue. A pre-dating is not possible.

India does not accept two valid visas.
